Models

There are 9 models of automobiles available. Since this is a fictional nation, there is no preference of one type of vehicle over another. Since the models will likely just have a paragraph devoted to them, they will all be listed in this page. The models are as follows

  1. City Car
  2. Hatchback
  3. Sedan
  4. Crossover
  5. Wagon
  6. Van
  7. Pick-Up Truck
  8. Heavy Duty Pick-Up Truck
  9. SUV

City Car

The city car is a compact 2 door car that has a small, but functional trunk. The goal of this vehicle will be to have something that is energy efficient, and easy to operate. Being a compact car, it will fit in small or tight places. It is good for getting to point A to point B. It can also handle 2-4 bags of groceries on the front seat giving a single person everything they would need for personal transport.

Hatchback

The hatchback is like a city car, but has a second row of seats, and a lift gate for the back trunk space. This gives those that want something fuel efficient, but also need some space for things like family groceries, and the occasional large package to transport.

Sedan

The sedan is a 4 door – 5 passenger automobile intended to be larger than a city car, but still relatively easy to handle. It has a larger trunk, and more personal space for the riders of the vehicles. The Sedan is available in a variety of colors, and a variety of roles from taxis, police cars, and the general purpose of an individual or a family.

Crossover

The crossover looks a little like an SUV, but the difference is the crossover is built on a car’s chassis where an SUV is built on a truck’s chassis. The crossover is smaller, and more compact when compared to the SUV. It is also lower to the ground for better handling, and better capability. It doesn’t have the torque or pulling power of an SUV even though the looks are similar.

Wagon

The wagon has an elongated rear of the vehicle. This could be found in some hearses, and was popular in America in the 60’s – early 80’s. The wagon is however, not as fuel efficient as a sedan, and while a larger backside than that of a crossover, you would pay for it in the way of energy usage.

Van

The van comes in 2 flavors. The first is as a cargo van. This will have a driver and front passenger seat, but behind that would be an empty shell for adding whatever the needs will be to provide for. This could be shelves for tools, or left completely open for hauling.

The second option is a passenger van. This van can handle 9 passengers in the 3 bench seats behind the front passenger, and driver. This is good for those with a large family, or will have to transport a number of people at one time.

Pick-Up

The conventional Pick-Up Truck is a standard truck that you might find in an F-150, or Chevy 1500. These vehicles will have four doors, and support for 5 people. The bed of the truck will be able to haul items, and there would be better towing capability than most of the other vehicles available in the line up.

Heavy Duty Pick-Up

The Heavy Duty Pick-Up truck is a pick-up on steroids. It is tougher, and beefier than the conventional pickup truck. This could be used as a tow truck, and the National Guard will buy these chassis for ambulances. The Heavy Duty Pick-Up is intended for mostly all business, but if the private consumer feels a need to have these types of vehicles, that is fine too. However, the Heavy Duty Pick-Up will likely be in commercial roles.

SUV

The SUV is one of the most popular vehicles in the US. This is because they are bigger and more functional than a crossover, but also has the backside that is enclosed as opposed to an open rear bed for a pick-up truck. The SUV will likely be one of the most popular models in the nation depending on the previous outlook towards automobiles.
