There will be a few ways to reach Kaldus Automobiles. The first will be by telephone. The second will be by email, and the third will be by website. With that said, there is varying levels of options depending on which resource the customer chooses. For example, a pre-order question might be done via email, and configuring their vehicle by web. The goal will be to make it as easy as possible to make for customer retention. Any issues a customer might have will be able to be resolved in a way that the customer will rather do. Large orders such as fleet RFPs can be done by fax. Applying for financing can be done via the web, and questions about specific features can be answered by email or telephone. The goal again is for customer retention.
